customer satisfaction survey
The results of the customer satisfaction survey conducted in December 2025 were very encouraging for Kivi. A total of 17 people responded to the survey, and their responses highlighted customers’ satisfaction with cooperation, quality, and service.
“We want to actively monitor our customers’ satisfaction so that we understand where there may be room for improvement and where things are already working well – and just how satisfied our customers really are. We are particularly pleased with this year’s results,” says Juha Saastamoinen, CEO of Kivi CNC-Machinery.
The survey’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures customers’ willingness to recommend the company, rose to an impressive 82, compared to 77 in the previous survey. The earlier customer satisfaction survey was conducted in February 2024.
Long-term customer relationships at the core of operations
More than 40% of respondents have been Kivi customers for over 10 years, and the group also includes customers with relationships spanning more than 30 years.
“We are extremely grateful to our customers, and to those who have chosen to continue working with us for several decades,” Saastamoinen says.
Praise for quality, delivery reliability, and accessibility
The survey also assessed various aspects of Kivi’s operations. In particular, product quality, delivery schedule reliability, flexibility, accessibility, and responsiveness received excellent ratings.
